Sausage Muffins With Bisquick


1 pound ground breakfast sausage, any flavor is fine

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

4 large eggs

1 cup Bisquick baking mix


Brown the ground sausage in a skillet on top of the stove. Drain any excess fat

Preheat the oven to 350*

In a large bowl, combine eggs, cheddar cheese and Bisquick mix, whisk until well blended

Add the pre-cooked sausage
