Ingredients
32 ounces frozen hash browns
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon dried mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ tsp parsley, dried
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350*
Grease a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray
Pour frozen hash browns into prepared pan
In a large saucepan, combine the milk, heavy cream and dried mustard. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried parsley.
Mix well and bring to a boil
Once the mixture is simmering, add the grated cheese and stir until melted
Pour the milk and cheese mixture over the potatoes
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes
