➜ Do you like the sweet and tangy flavor of pomegranate juice? It’s time to raise a glass. Research shows that polyphenol-rich pomegranate juice can help fight inflammation linked to diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and metabolic and cardiovascular disorders.


  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice, chilled
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries


In a blender, combine pomegranate juice, yogurt, and berries and blend until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
