Lush Banana Pudding Cake !

When cake is cooling, preparing pudding:

  • In  bowl, whisking pudding packets & milk until thick. Put apart.
  • In a large bowl, beat heavy cream, sugar and pure vanilla until stiff peaks form.  Set apart.
  • Using bottom of  spoon, poke holes all on cake.
  • Spread the pudding mixture over the top of the cake, then top with a layer of banana slices, reserving a few for the top
  • Spread whipped cream on top and sprinkle with Nilla Wafers and lightly mashed bananas.
