1/2 cup Bisquick or Gluten Free Bisquick 1 tsp Bisquick can be substituted with a mixture of 1 tsp flour, 1½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil or melted butter.
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups of milk
1 cup coconut, grated
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon butter, softened
-Prepare the oven and preheat it to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
– Brush a 9-inch tart pan with melted butter.
-Add Bisquick, sugar, egg, milk, coconut, butter and vanilla. Stir everything together until well blended.
-Place it in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until done.
-Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
– Serve hot and enjoy!
