Beef Noodle Casserole


1 pound lean ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

2 teaspoons olive oil

2 teaspoons minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

12 ounces egg noodles, cooked as directed

1 can (16 ounces) tomato sauce

2 cups grated cheese, cheddar is what I use

Fresh parsley as a garnish


Cook pasta according to directions, rinse and drain

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in olive oil.
