Directions
- Heat the oil in a pot over medium to high heat in large pot.
- In a bowl, whisk together the Eggs, Water and Hot Sauce.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Cake Flour, Baking Powder, Salt and Pepper.
- Hen oil is ready, cover chicken with egg mixture then coat with flour mixture and place into hot oil.
- Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Chicken pieces will take between 12-16 minutes to cook through.
- Place chicken on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
