Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar
• orange zest
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 8g yeast
• 7g baking powder
• 150ml warm water
• 100g semolina
• 250g flour

Directions

Step 1

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Add flour and let rise for 10 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and knead the dough.

Step 2
