Spread some of the filling mixture on each lasagna noodle
Roll up each noodle from the short end and place seam side down in the baking dish
Top each roll with some of the remaining topping mixture and the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
